VISA

Each participant is personally responsible for obtaining the necessary entry visa(s) for travel to and from the meeting venue. Please ensure that the necessary arrangements are made in a timely fashion to obtain a Korean visa, as appropriate. When requesting the required documents for visa issuance, the conference secretariat can send an invitation letter and necessary documents to you after verifying your status as a conference participant. Information regarding Korean visas can be found here: https://www.visa.go.kr/openPage.do?MENU_ID=10101

Visa Application Documents
Upon receiving the final registration confirmation from the conference organizers, registered participants in need of visa application documents for entry into Korea will receive the required documentation.
If you need a visa, please contact the conference secretariat consec@bok.or.kr.
Please be aware that providing visa application documents does not imply any commitment on the part of the organizers to offer financial support.
Notice
Please ensure to check the visa issuance schedule in advance with the nearest Korean embassy or consulate and request the necessary visa documents. The conference organizers have no influence over the visa issuance process and do not interfere with visa-related matters.
K-ETA
The Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA) is an online electronic travel authorization that visa-free foreign visitors need to obtain before entering the Republic of Korea for the purposes of a tour, visiting relatives, participating in events or meetings, or business (excluding profit-making activities).

To celebrate Visit Korea Year (2023-2024), a K-ETA will temporarily exempt citizens of 22 jurisdictions from the need of acquiring a visa, from April 1, 2023, to December 31, 2024.

The list of eligible jurisdictions for the temporary K-ETA exemption includes Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Macao, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, the U.K., and the U.S. (including Guam).

Please visit and check the official K-ETA website.
